For the salad
Romaine Lettuce
200 g
Shrimp, shelled and deveined
400 g
Olive Oil
60 ml
Sea salt
1\2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1\4 tsp
Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Dice baguettes, then sauté in butter until golden brown.
Step 2
Mince garlic, anchovies and capers.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine minced
ingredients, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worchestershire sauce.
Step 4
Whisk in the egg yolks one by one.
Step 5
Once both egg yolks are in, gradually whisk in vegetable oil. Once thick and creamy, season to
taste with sea salt and black pepper.
Step 6
Toss romaine lettuce in salad dressing.
Step 7
Grate parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Slice eggs, arrange all ingredients and serve!
